I have not used the product long enough to be precise about the results. But, it tastes good, I have more energy, and my metabolism seems to have increased. I find it makes a refreshing start to my day. I have persuaded my wife to take Vital Reds so we can test both products. She loves the fact that it has minimal calories! So, we will certainly be continuing our daily dose. A longer period will enable us to be more precise in defining its benefits. Love it so far!
