Renting a tux for a wedding can be a painful experience, whether the wedding is in town or out of town. Using a major chain store, getting measured and settling for a less-than-ideal fit along with extraordinarily high prices and unreasonable return deadlines.
The Black Tux eliminated all of that. I was able to use my local tailor to measure me at my convenience and provided the measurements to The Black Tux online. A fit consultant reached out to me to recommend a size modification, which I hesitantly accepted. The reassurance that any alterations would be reimbursed gave me comfort, so I accepted the expert's opinion.
The suit arrived earlier than expected in a box and garment bag, with no wrinkles at all, I could have worn it that day. I tried the suit on and it was a perfect fit and extremely comfortable. I was glad I accepted the size recommendation from the rep.
Best of all, this costs 100 dollars and allowed five days to return the item after the event date. I wore this to an out of town wedding and was able to use all the enclosed items to return the suit. They even provided the tape to reseal the box!
This experience was fast, easy, painless and most of all, affordable and comfortable. I would recommend this to everyone. Five stars without a doubt.
