I have taken the Primal Plants now for two weeks. I can tell that I have more energy and I love the apple taste when I mix it with water every day. Yes, I am trying very hard to change my eating habits, and it's a hard thing to do since I'm in my late 60's. I will continue to try my best. Thank you for this product.
