I just received the three Vital Reds. I couldn't believe their tiny size. Being from Canada, I also paid the Canadian/US exchange, higher shipping, plus $32 in customs. In other words, I paid a small fortune for so little product.
Also, Dr. Gundry talks about the benefits of polyphenols (blah, blah), but the product consists of more vegetables than berries. Beware, this is a rip-off.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Unfortunately, we have no control over countries customs' charges, as only about 10% of incoming packages are selected for customs. In regards to the ingredients of Vital Reds, this specific product contains powerful polyphenols that are found in the mulberries, aronia cherries and blackberries superfruits!
