Like with all things, there were some problems. Which as I implied is always to be expected. You should not judge something by the expected unexpected, but by how they deal it. The Black Tux had the most amazing customer service staff. Every time an issue arose with myself or any of my groomsman it was dealt with immediately with the greatest of results.
For a summary of what arose and how it was dealt with:
The groomsmen were all throughout the country, and one of them specifically was in Miami during the hurricane. Getting the sizes and everything with him was difficult. However, The Black Tux was very flexible in how to triangulate things, and he got his tux without issue and looked great
One of the groomsmen lost 25 pounds in a period of three months (don't ask me how) and needed new sizes in everything and with a week and a half to spare, was able to get everything sent over to him with enough time to make it perfect.
The best man did not try anything on until two days before the wedding, of course, and only realized then that his shirt did not fit. In less than 24 hours The Black Tux provided him with a perfectly fit replacement.
Truly a great experience and an amazing staff.
