I have not finished the first 30 days yet. I have so far had a good experience. I do not have the bloatedness that I was having, and I sometimes had trouble with my bowels not moving properly.
I have not lost a lot of weight, and I am sure that is because I am still eating wrong. I am going to get with it and hope things start happening for me.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
