I purchased this product for my cardio system, which needs support. After two weeks I have noticed that I am able to do more without shortness of breath, but I know that it will take at least three months before a true evaluation because natural products take time. At a young 72, beauty is wonderful, so if this product helps with firmer skin I will consider myself blessed.
