I have been taking Vital Reds for a month, and I loved it so much, that I also started taking Primal Plants! I have not had this much energy and stamina in a very long time! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis a few years ago. I have been on meds for both since then, with some relief, but I didn't realize how much more relief I needed until I started taking Vital rReds and Primal Plants. I am able to exercise again, without hurting so bad, that it would take me days to get over it. Now I exercise like I did when I was in my 20s. I am now 54 years old.
