After going on a very clean diet and reducing my calories, I had a severe slowdown of my digestive system. I made sure I was getting enough fiber, water and lots of exercise. None of it helped. I checked my thyroid, and everything was normal, so my doctor suggested Miralax. I didn’t want to be taking that as a daily medication and saw the ad for BIO X4. I figured it couldn’t hurt. I’m in my second month with it, and everything is back to normal. I had a voracious sweet tooth as well, and that seems to have been tamed.
I would call it very effective.
