I am not finished with my first order yet, but I have decided to order more before I run out. I add my Vital Reds in the same dring. It makes a strong flavor, and I love it that way. I just got back from an eleven day trip up the Oregon Coast and had my drink every day. I felt better with energy as I drove the 2700 mile round trip.
