I used The Black Tux for my brother's wedding (he set it up, I just got my tux from them) and the experience was phenomenal. I submitted all of my own measurements, based on their easy to follow instructions, and received my tuxedo 2-3 weeks before the event. At that point, I checked it for fit, and when it didn't fit as desired, I called customer service and got help. Customer service spoke me through the different options I had to adjust my order and then sent me the updated items at no extra cost.
After the event, I packed all of the items in a box and sent it back with a prepaid label. Super easy.
