I have taken this type of product for many years, so I am familiar with the purpose. It worked as well as all my of the high-quality probiotics I have taken, and it was/is working.
I would’ve liked to have had better results from bloating. But I would say in general it is a high-quality product.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
