BIO X4 is an amazing product. I watched the video and was easily sold the emails sent also was a tremendous help. I started using this because I had trouble losing stubborn weight.
When taking the product, I changed how I ate. I stayed away from processed foods, GMO's, high fructose corn syrup, ridiculous amounts of sugar like those in smoothie king drinks, juices, and sodas (watch the servings), I also ate lots of whole and fibrous foods that was organic. I can say I did have some sort of dessert every so often, but not much. I tended to not want sweets. I took a pill before every meal as instructed. Doing so I found bursts of energy.
Also, I tended to go to the bathroom more and also was less hungry. I also did exercise for 30 minutes to an hour at least 3 or more times a week constantly moving. Everything counts. In a little over a month, I have lost 12 lbs because of the information and emails and these amazing pills.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
