I cannot believe I was not referred to BIO X4 before now. I am overweight, nearly 30, and for the past several years been experiencing sleep apnea to the point of needing a CPAP mask, which is no laughing matter. Since taking Nucific Bio X4, I have lost at least 40 pounds since August 5th.
I have not checked the scale recently since I was down to 330 pounds and that progress was so significant that when I had a serious cold and could not sleep with my CPAP machine, I discovered I no longer needed it.
Now, I am free to explore the world again. My sleep doctors never even prescribed a way to begin the process of better digestion, diet, and exercise, so that I could get enough weight off to be healthy again, even if I am still ways off from my ideal weight.
I have never craved sugar less, and had a healthier appetite in terms of size portions. I finally have enough energy to face the day without drowning in caffeine. What a great way to start off Graduate School and teaching college for the first time.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
