I am big into seeking a healthy life without the use of drugs and sugar. It's not easy in good old America to avoid illness and multitude of challenges that stem from ingredients in processed foods. Dr. Gundry seems to have products devoid of hidden ingredients. His products are increasing my energy and mood levels. It's almost like I am a kid again except for changing my birth year from 1942. Too bad.
