I have been taking BIO X4 for about five weeks now, and the results have been fantastic. I have lost about 15 lbs and feel so much better with eating healthier foods, not overeating or between meals, and getting more much-needed exercise. I have been trying to lose weight for several years now and with the help of this supplement, am finally able to shed these pounds.
