I started taking Nucific BIO X4 60 days ago. Since taking it, I have lost 10 pounds, and I have felt great in my stomach area compared to when I was not taking it. It seems to have helped my bloatedness since I was having issues within my stomach. I will continue to use this product and hope that if you read this that you will start and try it out. Taking it three times daily has become routine and is easy to do.
