I have found this to help me with my diet expectations. I follow the directions, and there is a noticeable difference in my appetite. I'm using weight slowly, but that's ok. I do not exercise so I suppose if I did, I would see better results. I eat less because I don't feel like eating more. I have had a few slips with sweets, but considering how much I used to consume, there is a noticeable difference in my cravings. Yes, I'm pleased and don't notice any bad side effects.
