I started off wanting to lose 20 pounds, but when I started taking Bio X4, I noticed an even better change. I stopped craving sugary treats, as well as bread and tortillas and the like, and I feel less bloated (which is a major plus). I'm halfway to my weight loss goal, and still going strong! I'm very glad I took the chance with BIO X4!
