I am glad I was patient with this product as the literature suggested. I have been taking Nucific BIO X4 for 6 weeks and have lost 6 and 1/2 pounds! I am not making a conscious effort to lose weight, but I feel I do not want as much food while taking this product. I am getting my usual amount of exercise, so there has been no extra effort in that area. I can tell some of my belly bloat has definitely disappeared. I plan to continue this product and see what happens!
