I don't always remember to take the capsules when I'm supposed to (5 min before a meal), so I take it as soon as I remember, most often while I already started the meal but they seem to work just fine since they do curve my appetite and I'm losing weight. Unfortunately, my scale doesn't seem to work properly as my floors are uneven, so I'll have to wait until next week when I go back to the doctor's office.
