To be real, I'm always very skeptical about what oils go into my body. I'm allergic to about everything, but I don't have tummy issues with a lot of food. This product helped me use the restroom without feeling like I was going to go on myself. Too much information, I know, but usually other products make you have to go and make it to where you have no time to get up it just hits you. I'm defiantly going to get this product again I've already given info to family and co-workers.
