I have been using the product for two months. I have been very satisfied, period. The energy level is up, digestion has improved, and I've lost 28 pounds and continue to lose at a steady manageable rate. I am a 60-year-old male retired army officer with a reasonable amount of exercise. Wife and three kids are also using the product and experiencing similar results. Completely satisfied.
