This is a very convenient way to get your contacts without having to pay $200 plus out of pocket up front, once you get past the billing issues (what days they bill).
The only other issues I’ve found is the ripping of the package next to the one you are using. If you don’t watch, you will waste a contact. Also, I found one completely empty.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
