I wear sandals nearly 365 days a year and walk barefoot on the patio. The cracks were a continuous problem, and I did not like dark lines of soil embedded. This creme is the only product that has closed the cracks, healing them, and now, three weeks later, no more dark lines. I use only one time a day now. The calluses are better, must take a lot longer, so will continue to use FootMedix, and by six weeks I hope to have them nearly gone on heals.
