I have gained so much from BetterHelp and am so grateful that I came across it one night on a Google search. It has helped me tremendously and made such a difference in my life. I love how we can keep in touch daily, whereas going to an actual clinic it is weeks in between, and it takes a long time to catch up in the beginning. This way my counselor always knows what's going on and we can work through it one day at a time. You can do phone, video or just message back and forth, it's so convenient, and I prefer this way of counseling as I've done others in the past. I highly recommend to anyone needing counseling!
