I have worked with counselors via BetterHelp. It was the best thing for me! I live in a very remote area, and finding access to help is very difficult. BetterHelp was perfect for me. I could write on my own time, day or night. Within 24 hours I would have a response to my message by a real person. They care! It was easy for me to open up via writing easier than in a face to face setting. I liked being able to be anonymous and protecting the privacy of myself and my family. I loved the confidentiality. It was so nice to be able to reach out to someone and receive the support I needed!
