BIO X4 gave me extreme amounts of energy and peaceful and rejuvenating sleep! It actually curved my appetite. Although, I don't really know how much weight I've lost. Mostly because I never weighed myself, but I feel great! I can't wait to receive my second batch of BIO X4.
