I am a military veteran and a survivor of crime and trauma. BetterHelp is an amazing tool for people needing help at any time. The chat room like feel allows me to write my thoughts and also have a record of my doctor's thoughts I can go back to. My counselor has helped me in so many areas of my life and work. I am not sure where I would be at this time without his ideas and time!
