I was very impressed by everything about The Black Tux. The fit of the suit based on online measurements. The offer to reimburse adjustments. The friendly customer service gave a two-day extension of my return in order to allow me to finish my travel. Even the custom tape on the box! It seemed every detail had been thought through. Their personality showed even though there was no personal interaction. It was a great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest The Black Tux to anyone else.
