I registered for an account, and they told me to wait 24 hours for a therapist. Three days later I get an email telling me that BetterHelp is not suitable for me. My anxiety has now been so bad. I've even had to stay off school.
Don't bother with this crappy service.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
