I was very unsure of what my experience with BetterHelp would be like, but it has been nothing but helpful! My counselor's advice is always spot on and helpful, but sometimes, it's even just nice to know that you have someone there to listen after a bad day.
I would HIGHLY recommend BetterHelp to others, especially those who are not near any therapists or have a difficult time fitting physical appointments into their schedule.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
