It was a good experience having my phone unlocked with the technician online.
At first, I was skeptical because I once had a not good experience a year ago when I wanted to unlock an iPhone 6s I bought online but I didn't know it was blacklisted. After paying for the services I was told it could not be unlocked because it had been blacklisted and my money wasn't refunded. So I was afraid that such should repeat itself. I'm a testimony to the unlock service I got with my Samsung S5.
