I need to say my overall first month's experience with it has been good. It's helped me get more out of my food, and digestion is a lot more easier than normal. It didn't help too much with weight loss, but it was helping. It also increased my appetite as well, and I was drinking more water than normal throughout the day. I noticed a more positive mood as well.
It's now been almost a month since I have stopped taking it to see the results. Since I have stopped taking it, I have put on some weight. I find it hard to digest certain foods. I'm still drinking a lot of water, but I'm putting on water weight throughout the day. I miss it already. I hope I can get more soon because I feel my body needs it. I wish there was something stronger I could take for fat burning too.
One of the biggest benefits I also like about BIO X4 was that in a month it helped to clear up almost all of the back acne I had and troubled spots on my skin. This is some amazing stuff you have worked on and I appreciate your work. Thank you.
