I ordered this product because I used to get bloated after eating any kind of food. I did notice that bloating was no longer an issue once I began using my second bottle of BIO X4.
I have noticed a slight loss of weight, but this is not my main goal at this moment. Overall, this product is very effective for getting rid of bloating and improving digestion.
