I have only been taking these pills for about a week now and love the results so far. I am definitely not hungry but also not jittery like I have been on other diet pills. Also, I usually take heartburn medication daily but have noticed that I don't seem to have heartburn now. I have lost 3 lbs in one week, and my energy level is through the roof. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
