I have been taking Nucific BIO X4 for a little over a month. It has really made a difference on how my system works (much better now), and I have noticed a little more energy. I've also noticed that my stomach has really gotten smaller. I don't know if I've lost weight because I didn't weigh myself before I started, but I think I have certainly lost inches! I will continue to take BIO X4 and see how it goes.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
