The Black Tux was easy to work with at every point of interaction. The clothes arrived in a timely manner and without any issues in regards to fit. The quality of the actual clothes was good, on par with any other rental company I've done business with. I had a travel problem that caused me to have a late return, and the customer service team was very easy to work with in getting the late fee waived. Overall a very positive experience.
