I have experienced bloating and digestion issues for years. I thought it was allergies, but I could never identify the source. I’ve been taking BIO X4 for 3 months now. My issues are completely gone. I haven’t lost weight, but I have noticed I am not as hungry all the time. Now that I’m feeling better I am looking forward to adding more exercise to my routine.
Overall a great product. Adding to a reasonable diet and exercise is exactly the routine I need to control my weight and digestive functions.
