    Why did it stop working?

    Overall Experience:

    Hi! I was extremely pleased with the product for the first three weeks. Then it stopped working as well. I called and emailed customer service but didn't get any good reply. I ended up using a pumice stone on the callouses and then the cream. The cream appears to be working some. Maybe it had slowed down since the callouses are 70% gone? I believe they will disappear and I need to be patient. I will continue to use it and see what happens. I believe it is worth using.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It's interesting to hear that it stopped working after that point. My suggestion would be to increase the amount of times you use it per day.
