    Horrible. Poor quality and customer service. Scam of a company.

    Overall Experience:

    First of all, where are all the negative reviews?

    I recommend that no one order from this company. The quality was ok, but the sizing is way off in the guidelines set by measurements when ordering. After it arrives the American size is on there, but not before, and it is significantly smaller then I wear.

    The biggest problem is returns and customer service.

    You can only reach them by email despite there being an American phone number. When you call, it's a recording that says to email. While they do get back to your emails, it's often a different person each time, and they don't know what the other is talking about.

    I returned 8 items totaling approximately $500. I had to pay $78 to return, which I realized after the fact that the company is in China. It does not say this anywhere on the website or in the return policy. They make the returns look easy.

    After the date of arrival passed, I followed up with the company. They said the package was not there. We then (I did) tracked it to a location in China, which is allegedly customs. The representative continued to say they would not pay me back unless I paid to get the package out of customs. For days they never told me how much. Finally, they wrote saying "about $200." Now is it $200 or "about" $200? And they provided nothing in writing. They just said for me to put $200 in their PayPal and then I would receive my refund. They also continued to offer me credit refund but no money refund.

    I find it extremely bad business in this day and age to just tell someone a fee, provide no supports and then ask for money to go into a pay pal account. Extremely questionable practice. Their mission is to get you to keep the merchandise and take a small stipend towards credit in their business. They make no mention of China until it's time for you to do the return after you fill out their return form that is followed by the label. You get an automated email back with suggestions not to return and the difficulty of it and expense of mailing to China. That is the first notice of China, but by now it's too late.

    Again, they do not discuss customs or anything related to that at that time. And now they say that they advise that you not value items at over $150. Well, first of all, I saw that nowhere, and second of all, why would I say I have less than I do? That's lying and deceitful. But I suppose that's what this company is all about. Lying and deceit.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
