I find that BIO X4 improves my digestion and consequently softens my stool, especially when I am eating a high-carbohydrate diet and when I am eating different foods from my normal diet while traveling. Symptoms of gas and bloating are now non-existent, and I feel comfortable after eating regular meals. This makes taking BIO X4 before meals easy and pleasant!
