I've just started my third bottle of BIO X4 and I plan on continuing to use this product. I have had a history of experiencing unpredictable single episodes of diarrhea. Now I have normal predictable bowel function since starting BIO X4. I believe this product has greatly stabilized my digestion process with the healthy intestinal bacteria I need.
I have also lost some weight. It's been only about 5 pounds, but I realize this isn't a diet pill. For me, it's more about eating discipline. The nice thing is that BIO X4 seems to have helped control between meal hunger and cravings. The few pounds I have lost have stayed off, and I look forward to pushing that reduction forward.
