I realize people are different and what works for one may not work for another. That said, I am now on my second box of BIO X4 and have had great success. Not only have I dropped around 14 lbs, but I've also been able to keep it off. I also feel less bloated and it has helped with IBS.
When I ran out of the first box, I decided not to buy any more, but soon found that all my bad issues were coming back, so I hurried and bought another box. I just feel better taking the BIO X4 and have no intention of quitting, but you do need to be diligent/consistent in taking them. I take three a day. even if I don't eat a meal, I take one anyway. I believe it has worked for me. I got the results I was hoping for and am very happy with this product. Thank you!
