I have been taking BIO X4 for almost two months now, and I have to say it has worked very well as a probiotic and digestive aid. I suffer from reflux and gastritis. Taking BIO X4 has really helped with the usual gas and bloating I always experienced when I ate any type of food.
It has also been amazing in eliminating my desire for sweets. I used to always need chocolate or something sweet after every meal. Within 2-3 weeks of taking BIO X4, I noticed I no longer crave or need something sweet after I eat, which is amazing to me.
The only thing I have not noticed yet is the weight loss. I am more than halfway through my second bottle, so I’m hoping I see some weight loss by this time next month. I bought the Moro Slim, but I can’t drink it because it gives me reflux. I may start taking CLA to see if it helps. I would like to lose 15 lbs. I’m still hopeful. Thanks.
