I purchased this product because I want to do everything I can to stay as youthful as I can. I had begun to notice a few more wrinkles, the weight started a pound here, a pound there. I took this product the first day (you have to take it on an empty stomach), and all I did was get a severe headache and throw it back up. I thought it was a fluke, I tried again the next day, and the same thing happened. I ended up throwing the product away. It is expensive and for me, not something I can use or would recommend.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
