I signed up for the Hubble Contact lense "free" trial. The lenses did not fit properly, and before I could cancel the subscription an automatic deduction of $33 was taken from my account and a second box arrived.
I phoned Hubble, and with painstaking time wasted on the phone, I was told to write on the unopened box RETURN TO SENDER. That was on September 18th, 2017.
Today is November 28th, 2017 and the $33 refund has NOT posted to my account.
I phoned Hubble Contacts today, 11/28/2017, and they are unable to find their package, and they are unable to use their own tracking number to locate it.
I expect a refund since I did return the package as instructed by the associate and the box was unopened. I actually hand delivered it to the USPS driver.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
