BIO X4 met my expectation. I don't crave sweet as much, and I also notice that I don't indulge in food the way I use too. I also joined the gym and take some classes to help with weight loss. If I mistakenly forget to take it, I feel BIO X4 is still working for me.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
