    Lying, disgusting customer service, scammers!

    Overall Experience:

    Don’t ever, ever buy anything from StyleWe! Their customer service is horrible! On their website, it says it will take 3-5 days to process the order. However, their items somehow are out of stock and they will not contact you whatsoever to tell you that your order is out of stock and kept you waiting for weeks! So I contacted them to see what happened. I ordered 4 items total, and they told me one of the items is still waiting for inventory. Since I waited for so long they will ship my item in Express mail once it’s ready (without any charge). Ok, I trusted them.

    A few days later I asked them "ok, can you please ship the 3 items that are ready to be shipped to me first?" Since I really needed this winter coats for my business trip I don’t have anything to wear for this cold weather except for these I have ordered a month priority to my trip. They said "ok."

    The next thing I received is an email saying ONE of my items have shipped only! And on top of that, it shipped first class mail, which takes at least 12 days since it’s international. They did not keep their words about shipping it EXPRESS! Ridiculous!

    When I contacted them at first, they said 3 of the items are ready to be shipped, and now I only see one. So I don’t understand what the heck is going on. Then I contacted them about it and I get no response WHATSOEVER!

    So please everyone BEWARE of this website called StyleWe. This will be my first and my last ordering from here. I’m writing this to let everyone that is going to order from them know to seriously beware!

    StyleWe, I hope any of all of you get to see this. Very disappointed! And it’s disgusting that all of you are lying to your customers!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
