I've ordered quite a few things from this site, some things have arrived well and in nice condition, but other things not good at all, like buying a set of makeup brushes and then only having 1 of the 12 brushes arrive.
And the customer service has been mixed. I've had some instantly give me a refund for missing items, whereas others have been a lot more difficult and asking me to take a screenshot when I order things (even though the site should be trustworthy enough to not have to do that).
I wouldn't trust reviews; the 12-piece makeup set I ordered had over 500 positive reviews whereas I only received 1 of the 12 brushes I paid for. I'm definitely not going to use this site any longer; it's too risky and unpredictable.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
